Pentagon Sued Over Mandatory Christianity

While I am totally against coerced conversions — man needs only to preach; God will drag to Christ those who He wills — I cannot help but wonder about how it is a “constitutional violation” for Pentagon officials to promote any religion.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but the Constitution mentions Congress and laws establishing religion, no? Are Congress or the formation of laws an issue in this Pentagon religion issue? No? Didn’t think so. But as is evidenced in Christendom by how carelessly people choose to interpret the Scriptures, I’m beginning to wonder just how tiny a percentage of the population actually cares about what documents actually say, or maybe reading comprehension is an intangible historical artifact at this point.
