My post a few days earlier about behavior on Blitz Friday while shopping was unnecessary, i think. I was very impressed with how the day went, though I still haven’t heard what my department’s sales were compared to last year. Regardless, everyone was very nice, very polite, and we didn’t have anyone arguing over merchandise, making messes, or otherwise being a nuisance. And given how quickly the “hot items” ($10 Cabbage Patch Newborns, $5 Care Bears w/ DVD) sold through, I figured there would be at least one or two irate customers. But there wasn’t. :)
