KJV 1611 vs. KJV 1769: The KJV-onlyist’s Dilemma

“The only changes made since the 1611 translation of the KJV until now have been changes of spelling or printing only.” I’ve heard this often, usually from well-meaning people who wish to defend the King James Version’s pedigree as a “perfect” translation of the Bible.

That statement, however, is a lie or at the very least, a piece of innocent misinformation; it is unfit for repetition by folks who claim an affinity for the truth.

KJV-Only Schools, from David Cloud

The following schools have been found to be in accordance with KJV-only theology according to fundamental Baptist missionary David Cloud (only included below are the schools with active websites and that I could verify still exist):

While I am not strictly KJV-only, I have dear friends who are and know that many sincere Christians stand solely upon it. That is their choice, and I hope this list helps point them in the direction they (or their children) may want to go.
