  1. Where to begin….

    Regarding Sanger.

Her famous quote? “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population” seems to mean one thing, but in context it has a very different meaning…

“It seems to me from my experience . . . in North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas, that while the colored Negroes have great respect for white doctors, they can get closer to their own members and more or less lay their cards on the table. . . . They do not do this with the white people, and if we can train the Negro doctor at the clinic, he can go among them with enthusiasm and with knowledge, which, I believe, will have far-reaching results. . . . His work, in my opinion, should be entirely with the Negro profession and the nurses, hospital, social workers, as well as the County’s white doctors. His success will depend upon his personality and his training by us. The minister’s work is also important, and also he should be trained, perhaps by the Federation, as to our ideals and the goal that we hope to reach. We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs .”

And as for the recorded phone calls. This is called entrapment in law enforcement. Maybe an individual racist or two was uncovered (there are still plenty of racists in this country), but the calls do not in any way constitute evidence that Planned Parenthood’s mission is racist.

I understand that you are not ever going to think that Planned Parenthood is doing good things, but why you must participate in the spreading of lies….

As for the sinful children…well, I would suggest you might study a couple of books on child development. But then again, your world view requires you to believe we’re all bad, so I don’t see the point.

Obama a Marxist?? That’s a bit of a stretch. Typical of what passes for political dialog in this country. Whenever someone takes a position that one disagrees with, one just exaggerates the bias and calls them an extremist. No wonder there doesn’t seem to be any moderates anymore. Not because there are none, but because everyone is labeled an extremist.

Will Obama appoint Supreme Court Justices that will likely not overturn Roe v. Wade? Yes. But your freedom to not have an abortion will remain unfettered.

Besides, the problem isn’t too many abortions, the problem is too many unwanted pregnancies. Even if abortion was illegal, there would still be too many of them because the underlying cause will not have been addressed.

As for Canada. I agree they have gone over the edge if that is the way things are there. Political correctness is a bad thing.
