Seriously, though, I just had to post this. Sometime when Alicia & I went to South Carolina a few weeks ago, I entered a contest at the mall there.
And I won. Alicia & I have round-trip tickets to one of 20 major cities with discounts on over 200 4-star hotels (50-70% off) when we get there. I don’t have all the details as they are sending me the information packet in the mail.
This is awesome. (Needless to say, I would have rather of won the truck prize, as it could be exchanged for $60,000, enough to easily move us into a house and start renovating!) I could use the culture, though, and I would love to see more of the world. So if it’s on our list of destinations, Paris here we come. If it can be avoided, I’d like to avoid anything in the Continental US that can be more easily traveled to. Europe sounds fun enough.
